On Tuesday, Peter Obi, the presidential candidate of the Labour Party (LP), met with Ayo Adebanjo, the head of the Yoruba socio-political organization Afenifere.

According to Techedgeict, Obi has been meeting with significant figures to discuss his presidential ambitions ahead of the 2023 elections.

On Tuesday, the LP flag bearer met with Adebanjo and officials of the South and Middle Belt Leadership Forum.

Obi disclosed via Twitter that he was accompanied by party members and other stakeholders.

“Currently seeing Pa Ayo Adebanjo and members of the South and Middle Belt Leadership Forum,” he added. National Labour Party leaders and other stakeholders are also present. -PO”
