Apple announced the expansion of its fitness and wellness app, Apple Fitness+, for all iPhone users during its ‘Far Out’ event on Wednesday. With the latest update, iPhone users will soon be able to access the company’s premium Fitness+ workout subscription without the use of an Apple Watch. The update will be available on iPhone units in all 21 countries where the service is already offered. This fall, Apple will release new seasons of Time to Walk and Time to Run, featuring stories from well-known artists and celebrities. In addition, Fitness+ will introduce its newest Collection, Pilates for More Than Your Core.

Apple confirmed the expansion of Apple Fitness+ to 21 countries during its long-awaited ‘Far-Out’ Event. Fitness+ will be available to all iPhone users in select countries with Apple’s latest operating system iOS 16, even if they do not own an Apple Watch. Users can now sign up on iPhone to watch studio-style workout videos on iPhone, iPad, and Apple TV thanks to this update.
