“I just can’t help it sometimes when I see the comments on my Instagram or whatever. I don’t mind if people make remarks about how I look and other things, she remarked. But what truly annoys me is when they say something that’s so false and so untrue.

“I want to respond and just say like, ‘That’s just not true,'” she continued. I wish they were aware of the reality. That really makes me feel bad. But I make an effort to ignore it. Simply put, it can be challenging to ignore it occasionally, especially when you encounter it frequently. Just always in your face. It’s merely a component of our daily lives.

Although these “lies” are written by individuals she doesn’t know, she nevertheless talked about how challenging it is for her to read them.

“And I realize it’s a stranger, and it’s simple to say, ‘Oh, it’s a stranger, who cares? You don’t know them,’ a very valid statement. And when it’s someone I love, I clearly care [more]. But when it’s just a falsehood, it’s difficult. That irritates me,” Nicola continued.

Both Peltz and Gomez have been the subject of several rumors in the public eye during the past year. In 2022, there were rumors that Peltz and Victoria Beckham were at odds since the Back Roads actress opted for a Valentino gown for her wedding rather than her mother-in-law’s creation.

Peltz quickly dispelled this rumor in a March interview with Cosmopolitan, saying: “I’ve stated this so many times: There’s no feud…It’s incredibly strange when you know the truth and then read something that is completely incorrect, whether it’s about my life, someone else’s life, or anything else.

Gomez, meantime, made news earlier this year for her apparent spat with Hailey Bieber, who is the ex-girlfriend of the “Rare” singer and Justin Bieber. Fans asserted in February that Bieber and her pal Kylie Jenner had been making fun of one of Gomez’s Instagram videos.

The actor called to settle this dispute in his Instagram Story, notwithstanding the rumors. Hailey Bieber contacted me and informed me that she had been the target of death threats and other unpleasant remarks, she stated. “I don’t stand for this. Nobody ought to be subjected to bullying or hatred. I’ve always pushed for kindness and am anxious for this to end.

Brooklyn Beckham also mentioned that he suffers “the worst anxiety” during Gomez and Peltz’s Wondermind Q&A session. He then went on to say how his partner has helped him through it.

He joked, “I mean, my wife is literally my therapist.” We’re usually together, so we’re really good at communicating anytime I have something on my mind or something is worrying me out. People will always say stupid things, so you simply have to keep doing what you’re doing as long as you’re content and your family is doing well.

Along with calling on her spouse and mother for support, Peltz also discussed the regular activities she engages in to assist her manage her anxiety.

I prefer to take a stroll and simply clear my thoughts when I’m feeling uncomfortable or sad, she remarked. “Or even just me and Brooklyn love to get in the vehicle and drive everywhere. We can simply go to the grocery store, get a coffee, and listen to music without worrying about a destination or anything else.
